American Society of Health-System Pharmacists, Inc. 2014. (Students can obtain an electronic copy of this book through KSU library). Students will be provided with a licensed copy of the pharmacokinetic software Phoenix® (Certara USA, Inc., Princeton, NJ). The license will be valid for the duration of the course. Students can use this software to complete some of the assignments. There are no formal prerequisites. It is recommended that the students have a basic understanding of calculus and biostatistics, as well as working knowledge of the principles of pharmacology and/or toxicology.
