Fall 2025 arrival schedule

| July 16 | Earliest entry date The earliest date you may enter the U.S. It is NOT recommended to arrive on campus earlier than August 11. You will be responsible for additional living costs. |
| August 11 | Residence Halls open for international students You will sign up for a move-in day and time. Be sure to check your Housing Contract for early arrival fees. |
| August 11-15 |
Arrival week Please schedule your flight to arrive in the Manhattan Regional Airport between August 11 and August 15. During that time, Kansas State University will provide transportation from the Manhattan Airport to the K-State Manhattan campus for all new international students arriving during those days. Shuttle details and sign-up will be sent to students with approved visas. |
