Refund Calculations
Refunds are calculated by counting calendar days and include Saturdays,
Sundays and holidays. Deadline dates that fall on a Saturday, Sunday, or
a holiday are extended through the next business day.
Courses with 49+ calendar days:
100% refund 11 calendar days from the start of the class
50% refund 4 calendar days following end of 100% refund date
0% refund Begins at the end of the 50% refund period
Courses with 48-1 calendar days:
Percent is prorated from what is listed above. Length of time for refund percentages is prorated based on course duration (beginning-ending dates). Refer to Course Refunds by Days and Drop & Refund for Short Courses..
