Tuition/Fee Refund Policy

Refund Calculations

Refunds are calculated by counting calendar days and include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. When refund date falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday, the refund must be processed no later than the next business day in Enrollment Services, 210 Willard Hall, 8:15 a.m. to 12 p.m. or 1 p.m. to 4:45 p.m.

Courses with 70 or more calendar days:

  • 100% refund: 21 calendar days from start of the term - February 4
  • 50% refund: 7 calendar days following end of 100% refund date - February 11
  • 0% refund: Begins at the end of the 50% refund period - February 12
  • Non-Standard courses: Percent is prorated from what is listed above, see Drop & Refunds for NonStandard courses
