Tuition/Fee Payment
If you have enrolled in courses for Spring 2007 Semester, the tuition/fees will first appear on a Statement of Account that will be prepared on December 15, 2006. The Statement of Account (eBill) is published on KATS under the “Student Account” menu option “View Past or Current eBills”. E-mail notifications will be sent to the students’ official campus e-mail addresses informing them that a new eBill is available for viewing.
Statements are prepared after close of business on the 15th of each month and the balance is due the 14th of the following month by 4:00pm (or the preceding business day if the 14th is on a weekend or holiday). See https://www.ksu.edu/pay for information on billing and payment.
If the balance due is not paid in full by the due date a 1.5% default charge will be assessed on the unpaid balance and a hold placed on the students’ academic records.
If you enroll in courses between December 16, 2006 and January 13, 2007, a Statement of Account will be prepared on January 16, 2007 and you will have until February 14, 2007 to pay your tuition/fees without a 1.5% Default Charge.Statements of Account will continue to be published on KATS on the 15th of each month if you have not paid your account in full. The due date on each Statement of Account will be the 14th of the following month (unless the 14th falls on a weekend or holiday and then the due date will be the preceding business day).
A $50 Late Enrollment Fee (non-refundable) will be assessed for any student who has not enrolled in a course before the first day of the semester. See Academic Calendar.
