Tuition/Fee Payment
If you have enrolled in courses for Spring 2006 Semester, the tuition/fees will first appear on a Statement of Account that will be prepared as of December 15, 2005, and mailed to your permanent address as shown on KATS.
The due date for paying the balance due on the December 15 Statement of Account is January 14, 2005.
If the balance due is not paid in full by January 13, 2006, a 1.5% Default Charge will be assessed on any balance not paid.
If you enroll in courses between December 16, 2005, and January 13, 2006, a Statement of Account will be mailed to you on January 16, 2006, and you will have until February 14, 2005 to pay your tuition/fees without a 1.5% Default Charge.
Statements of Account will continue to be mailed on the 15th of each month if you have not paid your account in full. The due date on each Statement of Account will be the 14th of the following month (unless the 14th falls on a weekend or holiday and then the due date will be the preceding business day).
A $50 Late Enrollment Fee will be assessed for any student who has not enrolled in a course before the first day of the semester. See Academic Calendar.
A four month installment tuition payment plan is available, K-State Tuition Installment Payment Plan (TIPP). The first payment is due January 13, 2006. Subsequent installments are due February 14, March 14, and April 14. TIPP enrollment forms are available in the University Cashiers Office, 212 Anderson Hall (KSU-Salina 209 College Center) or through the Controller’s Office web page www.ksu.edu/pay. There is a $10.00 charge each month you are enrolled in TIPP.
All fees are subject to change as directed by the Board of Regents.
