If you have enrolled in courses for Fall 2003 Semester, the tuition/fees will first appear on a Statement of Account that will be prepared as of July 15, 2003, and mailed to your permanent address as shown on KATS.
The due date for paying the balance due on the July 15 Statement of Account is August 14, 2003.
If the balance due is not paid in full by August 14, 2003, a 1.5% Default Charge will be assessed on any balance not paid.
If you enroll in courses between July 15, 2003, and August 14, 2003, a Statement of Account will be mailed to you on August 15, 2003, and you will have until September 12, 2003 to pay your tuition/fees without a penalty.
Statements of Account will continue to be mailed on the 15th of each month if you have not paid your account in full. The due date on each Statement of Account will be the 14th of the following month (unless the 14th falls on a weekend or holiday and then the due date will be the preceding business day).
A $50 Late Enrollment Fee will be assessed if you have not enrolled before the semester begins. See academix calendar.
