Fee Refund Policy

Fall Semester
There are three refund periods: 100%, 50% and 0%. The number of days for a refund period is based upon the total number of calendar days from the start date through the end date of a course, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Tuition and fees for courses are assessed and refunded independently.

70 or more calendar days (a 10-16 week course) 21calendar days.........100% ( Deadline *September 15) 7 calendar days.................50% (Deadline * September 22) 69 or less calendar days (a 9 or fewer week course). Percent is prorated.

*Refund deadline dates that fall on Saturday, Sunday or a holiday are extended through the next business day.

Summer Semester
For 6-12 week course:
1st week . . . . . . . . . . .100%
2nd week . . . . . . . . . . . 50%
AFTER 2nd WEEK . . .NO REFUND

FOR LESS THAN 6 WEEK COURSE

100% refund if dropped by the end of the day after the course begins; no refund for subsequent days. For fee calculations a W graded course is considered completed course work. Additional added courses will be assessed additional fees.
