1. After your assigned enrollment time, (see page 11) Enrollment Services, 217 Willard Hall, 8:15am-11:45am, 1:00pm-4:45pm.
2. Drop/Add forms required at Enrollment Services.
D. Required Signatures
1. Instructors can give an electronic permission via KATS or sign a course section permit form for closed/permission courses.
2. Instructor permission for adds is required beginning the 6th day for a 16 week course.
3. Advisor signatures are required for drop/add for students in the Colleges of

Agriculture, Architecture/Planning/Design, Education, Engineering, and Human Ecology. The signature is required beginning September 3 for a 16 week Fall Semester course. For a Summer Semester course the signature is required on a prorated basis depending on the length of the course.

E. Withdrawal
Dropping all of your on-campus courses requires a Notice of Withdrawal from the academic dean after the first day of class for both fall and summer semesters.

F. Drop Dates
1. For fall semester: The last day to drop a course with 98 or more calendar days (a course 14-16 weeks in length) without a W being recorded is at the end of 36th calendar day of the semester (September 30th). The last day to drop a course with 98 or more calendar days (a course 14-16 weeks in length) with a W being recorded is at the end of 68th calendar day of the semester (November 1st). After 68 calendar days, courses may not be dropped. For courses with 97 or less calendar days, the drop dates are prorated.

2. A summer semester course of six-,seven-, or eight- weeks may be dropped without a W being recorded through the thirteenth day; after the fifth week a six-, seven-, or eight-week course may not be dropped. A course less than six weeks is prorated.
